What are the requirements for using the online shop?
To use our online shop, a customer account (customer record in our ERP system) is required.
- Existing customers who have already been assigned a customer number can log in directly and place orders immediately. No separate registration is necessary.
- New customers must register in advance or have a customer account created.
Important note:
For smooth use of the shop, we recommend using a personalized email address.
The use of generic or functional email addresses such as info@ may lead to system‑related limitations.
Why do I have to select a location after logging in?

If your user account or your company is associated with multiple locations (shipping addresses), select the desired location immediately after logging in. This selection determines the address to which your order will be shipped.
If you accidentally select the wrong location, don’t worry: You can change the shipping address at any time during the shopping process in your customer account, or at the latest during checkout.

The payment terms and other conditions that have already been agreed upon and are known to you as an existing customer generally apply.
New customers will receive their payment options and all other terms and conditions as part of the new customer onboarding process or following a successful review by our team.
Can I use the online shop as a private customer?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use our online shop as a private customer. Our shop is a B2B (business-to-business) store exclusively for commercial customers.

I can not find a product in the online shop – what should I do?
To search for products or get an overview of our current product range, you can also use our latest catalog. Once you have found the item number for the product you are looking, simply enter it into the search bar in our online shop to find the product quickly and easily.
If you still can not find the product you are looking for, your personal contact on our sales team will be happy to assist you.
Can I request custom-made products in the online shop?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. Custom-made products or special components can only be ordered or requested through our sales dapertment.
Can I still order by phone or email?

Yes, especially if our online shop does not offer the required product or service, such as customised special components. Please contact your Key Account Manager as usual.

How long does shipping take?
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on various factors, such as the current availability of individual products, the order volume, the selected shipping method, and the shipping carrier. As a result, it is difficult to provide a standard delivery time from the date the order is placed.
For deliveries within Germany, the typical delivery time is approximately 1 to 2 weeks. In exceptional cases, this may vary up to 3 weeks.

Which shipping carriers does NORO use?
We work with select shipping providers, including Dachser, DB Schenker, and DPD. The choice of provider depends on the type and size of your order.
What shipping options are available?
What shipping options are available?
At checkout, you can choose between the following shipping options:
- Shipping via NORO, or
- Pickup by your own freight forwarder or parcel service provider
The selection is based on Incoterms® 2020 (e.g. DAP, FCA).
If you would like a different Incoterm that is not available in the shop, simply specify your preference in the comment field.

Yes, we also ship internationally.
The exact shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected. Depending on your requirements, we can also ship via air or sea freight. For sea freight, we ensure that the packaging is suitable for maritime transport.
You can specify your preferred shipping method in the comment field during checkout.

Yes, express shipping is available. Please note that this will be arranged on a case-by-case basis depending on your order and delivery location.
If you would like express shipping, please indicate this in the comment field during checkout.

Yes, telephone consultations are available.

Are there any sales partners in my area, and who can I contact?
Are there any sales partners in my area, and who can I contact?
In select countries and regions, we work with authorized sales partners who handle our products locally.
In these cases, the entire order process — from consultation to delivery — is handled exclusively by the relevant sales partner. Therefore, unfortunately, it is not possible to place an order through our online store for these regions.
Please contact the sales partner responsible for your country. They will be happy to assist you with your inquiry and guide you through the entire ordering process.
