No. Custom-made products or special components can only be ordered or requested through our sales dapertment.

Yes, especially if our online shop does not offer the required product or service, such as customised special components. Please contact your Key Account Manager as usual.

It is not possible to give a precise time frame here. It always depends on the order volume, the production status, and the supplier handling the shipment.
